Shipping + Returns
 

SHIPPING: UK shipping is included in the item cost. Shipping is via Royal Mail, second class post (+ ‘signed for’ delivery for certain jewellery), unless otherwise stated. At busy times we may use a courier or for local orders in the south Birmingham area, hand deliver.

International shipping will incur additional costs and these are detailed at the checkout. As of 13/12/2024 we are unfortunately no longer able to process orders from EU countries or Northern Ireland due to restrictions relating to the EU Regulation on General Product Safety 2023/988 (GPSR).

RETURNS: If you are not happy with any purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to discuss a refund or replacement. We do not offer free returns so the customer must cover the cost of postage.

REPLACEMENTS / REPAIRS TO DAMAGE: Acrylic and concrete are both fairly brittle materials and, although they look strong, should be handled carefully. Refer to the jewellery care card included with your order for tips on proper usage and care.

Occasionally items may be damaged in transit or through usage - in these situations please email us immediately and do not attempt to repair the damage yourself. We will not replace an item if the damage is the result of poor handling (for example if you dropped your necklace), however we may offer to repair it. Regardless, we will always be honest and respectful and we expect the same courtesy in return.
