Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING: UK shipping is included in the item cost. Shipping is via Royal Mail, second class post (+ ‘signed for’ delivery for certain jewellery), unless otherwise stated. At busy times we may use a courier. International shipping will incur additional costs and these are detailed at the checkout.
RETURNS: If you are not happy with any purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to discuss a refund or replacement. We do not offer free returns so the customer must cover the cost of postage. Occasionally items may be damaged in transit. In these situations please include a photo of the item in your email.
REPLACEMENTS / REPAIRS TO DAMAGE: If your item breaks through usage please email us and include a clear photo of the damage. We will not replace an item if the damage is the result of your poor handling (for example if you dropped your necklace) however we may offer to repair it. Please refer to the jewellery care card included with your order for tips on proper usage. Do not attempt to repair damage yourself before you contact us. Regardless, we will always be honest and respectful and we expect the same courtesy in return.
